Terms of Service

acceptance of terms
By accessing flowhaus.marketing or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
services
Flowhaus.marketing provides done-for-you marketing services including website design and management, lead generation, automated follow-up systems, social media management, email marketing, and CRM setup and management.
Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in your individual service agreement.
payment and billing
All payment terms are outlined in your signed service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to pause services on accounts more than 7 days past due.
cancellation
You may cancel services by providing 30 days written notice to [email protected]. Work completed and setup fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.
No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your business operations. Flowhaus.marketing does not guarantee specific leads, revenue, rankings, or return on investment.
We commit to delivering professional services using proven industry practices and will communicate transparently about performance throughout our engagement.
intellectual property
Flowhaus.marketing retains full ownership of all proprietary systems, templates, workflows, platform configurations, websites, funnels, and automations built and hosted within our platform.
Clients do not receive ownership or licensing rights to any platform technology, workflows, or system architecture. Content created on behalf of the client - including copy, images, and creative assets - may be used by the client solely within the Flowhaus platform while services are active.
Websites, funnels, and automations built within the Flowhaus platform are hosted and managed by Flowhaus.marketing. If a client cancels or terminates services, access to the platform and all hosted assets will be discontinued at the end of the final billing period.
Clients are responsible for exporting any written content or creative assets they wish to retain prior to cancellation.
We reserve the right to reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client ResponsibilitieS
To deliver results, clients agree to:
• Provide accurate business information and timely feedback
• Respond to requests within 3 business days to avoid delays
• Maintain all required business licenses and comply with applicable laws
• Not use our services for unlawful or deceptive purposes
limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowhaus.marketing's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in Knox County, Tennessee.
changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
